Our Small Business Cloud Support Plan provides ongoing technical management and support for your WordPress website and cloud email services, so you can focus on running your business.

What’s Included

What qualifies as a “minor revision”?

Examples:

Do you provide hosting?

We can either:

  • Manage your existing hosting provider, or

  • Recommend and manage a preferred hosting environment.

Hosting fees are separate from this plan.

What happens if my website goes down?

  • Diagnose the issue

  • Coordinate with hosting provider

  • Restore from backup if needed

  • Get your site back online as quickly as possible

What if I need more than 5 email users?

Additional users can be supported for an added monthly fee.

 

Is there a contract?

Yes absolutely.  There is a contract that covers what is included, service standards and what is extra.  We require a minimum 6-month commitment. After that, month-to-month.

 

What is not included?

These can be quoted separately.

Do you provide support for computers, phones, or office hardware?

No.

This support plan covers cloud-based services only, including:

  • WordPress website management

  • Hosting coordination

  • SSL & server-level configuration

  • Cloud email administration (user-based)

It does not include support for:

  • Desktop computers

  • Laptops

  • Mobile phones

  • Tablets

  • Printers

  • Local networks or WiFi

  • Routers or firewalls

  • In-office hardware setup

If you experience a hardware or local device issue, we recommend contacting your internal IT provider or a local IT support company.

What about email on my phone or laptop?

We support:

  • Email account setup at the user level

  • Password resets

  • Cloud configuration troubleshooting

We do not provide:

  • Device repair

  • Operating system troubleshooting

  • Printer setup

  • Hardware diagnostics

If the issue is related to your device itself rather than your email account configuration, you may need a local IT technician.
