Please note that while we can identify IP blacklist issues, we cannot guarantee removal from blacklisting services. However, we will guide you through the necessary steps to address these issues and improve your email deliverability.
You will be responsible for providing iGo Sales and Marketing with logins and passwords to web hosting, email hosting and domain name registrar where your DNS is hosted in order to complete this service.
For services like Office 365 and GSuite, we will make recommendations for your administrators to optimize email delivery. Any changes required on O365 of Gsuite will be done by your administrators. We do not proivde technical support for the setup and configuration of your email server, only to identify deliverability problems and identify the recommended settings/issues causing your mail not to be delivered.
The above service also includes a review of your third party services, like: your website, email service providers like MailChimp and Constant Contact, your CRM or any other services you are using for outbound email.
Please note that while we can review and point out issues with third party services, if they technically do not support the latest DMARC policy and verification standards we can only suggest an alternate third party mail service.
Email Deliverability Audit & Repair
Most email delivery problems are caused by missing or incorrect DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) or poor sender reputation. In this service, we’ll audit your domain, test your sending reputation, and correct issues in your DNS records so your emails have the best chance of reaching inboxes.
⚠️ Please note: This service does not include managing or reconfiguring your email server software. We work at the domain and DNS level to improve deliverability.
