Re-Key Setup SSL Certificate
If your SSL certificate no longer shows the lock and you don’t have a support plan with iGo Sales and Marketing, you’ll need to make sure your SSL is re-keyed and re-installed on your domain. This is required every time the SSL certificate is renewed. If you’d like us to do this for you, you need to purchase this service.

If you don’t have a monthly support or Google Ads management plan with us and would like us to review the performance of your Google Ads or Shopping Campaign and or Optimize and make recommendations you need to purchase this service.
Clean Hacked Website
If your website is hacked and you don’t have support plan, you’ll need to purchase this service. Since you don’t have a support plan, we may not have a backup of your installation and removing the virus and or compromised file may require additional work to restore your site (ie: re-creating pages, images and functionality). If you require further work to restore your site we’ll let you know and provide an estimate as part of the clean up service.

If you need professional help to set up email in your email program or on your phone and don’t have a support plan with us, you’ll have to purchase this service to receive support.
Lookup/Reset Password
If you need us to look up or reset a password to your WordPress site, Hosting or anything else and don’t have a support plan with us, you’ll need to purchase this service to receive support.

General CRM support. Includes phone and email support not to exceed 3 hours per month. Support requests with a monthly plan will be addressed in one business day. Also includes maintenance of an off server backup and minor software updates.
